Vintage Window Railing

These vintage window features are original to this house build in the mid 1920's
To keep them in top shape for the next century it's important to do occasional upkeep.

After cleaning the window features thoroughly, I replaced all rotted and rusted material by welding new steel pieces in place to seamlessly blend with the original steel work. it's all finished by a protective layer of paint.

These unique and historic features on these houses keep a part of architectural history alive. When these features are well maintained they can last for many generations to come.
